Unravel the Patterns. Remember Your Purpose.

Your body is not just a structure—it’s a storyteller. The way you move, hold tension, or collapse in posture reflects more than physical habits; it reflects beliefs, emotional wounds, and stories long held in your nervous system.

What if you could change your body’s story—and in doing so, change your life?

Join internationally recognized yoga therapist and author Rachel Krentzman for an immersive 8-day retreat in the lush beauty of Thailand. This transformational experience blends alignment-based yoga therapy, Hakomi-inspired mindfulness practices, and guided self-inquiry through writing to uncover and release the limiting beliefs stored in your body.

This is your opportunity to reset, realign, and reimagine how you teach, heal, and live.
