Hi, I’m Rachel Krentzman, physical therapist and yoga therapist.

I designed this course for teacher trainees or serious yoga practitioners, so that they understand how to practice safely for each and every body. With some simple knowledge you can prevent and heal from injuries and continue practicing yoga for life!

I herniated a disc while practicing yoga and then learned how to heal using yoga too. I have been working with patients for over 25 years in the field of orthopedics and neurology and have seen firsthand the power of yoga for well being and transformation.

Aged 16, Rachel Krentzman was diagnosed with scoliosis. At 32 she suffered a herniated disk and was told she would have to modify her activities for the rest of her life – instead, Rachel is now a walking testimonial for how yoga can be used therapeutically to heal your back pain.

Her books are companions to the Happy Back Yoga Professional Training and Yoga Therapy for Scoliosis respectively.
